Classes

 

Hatha

A traditional branch of yoga, focusing on alignment of the body and tuning in with our minds, building strength, stamina, balance and flexibility.  Suitable for all levels.

 

Flow

Moving with breath, flowing through a series of postures to tune in mind, body and soul.  Suitable for all levels, movement is at a slightly faster pace than a Hatha class.

 

Intro to Yoga

A 4 week series designed to introduce the new, the curious and those returning to the practice after a long absence. This series focuses on basic postures and alignments, and touches on traditional breathing techniques and some restorative poses to release tension.  At the end of this series students will feel comfortable with dropping into their local studo for an open levels class and will have a basic set of poses to continue practicing and building on in a home setting.

 

 

*Private classes and housecalls are depending on availability and must be booked and prepaid at least 48hrs ahead.  Cancellations must be at least 24 hrs in advance for full refund.

*Rates are subject to change but advance notice will be given.  Any rate change will not affect prepaid class packs already purchased.

**Waiver form must be filled out and signed by all students prior to class, will be kept confidential and on file for 1 year.  Anyone under 19 years must have waiver signed by parent or guardian.
