*Private classes and housecalls are depending on availability and must be booked at least 48hrs ahead.  Cancellations must be at least 24 hrs in advance for full refund.

*Rates are subject to change but advance notice will be given.  Any rate change will not affect prepaid class packs already purchased.

**Waiver form must be filled out and signed by all students prior to class, will be kept confidential and on file for 1 year.  Anyone under 19 years must have waiver signed by parent or guardian.
